Policy Analysis & Real Estate Development

The USC Sol Price School of Public Policy invites applicants for an adjunct faculty position in the Real Estate Development Program. The candidate will be able to teach undergraduate and/or graduate level real estate course with content focused on overview of real estate investment and development; urban economics; valuation techniques; financial modeling for debt and equity; market analysis; real estate capital markets; and application of real estate case studies. The successful candidate should possess an advanced degree in a related field (such as MBA, MRED, MA in Economics). Candidate must also have significant professional experience in real estate investment or development. Preference will be given to candidates with prior teaching experience and excellent teaching evaluations.

Adjunct instructor responsibilities include delivery of course content, scheduling office hours and being accessible to students as appropriate, and grading. Each instructor is expected to provide students with a syllabus outlining the course goals, schedule and all requirements for the course under the direction of the Department Chair.
