Assistant Professor of Clinical Orthopaedic Surgery -CHLA

The Keck School of Medicine (KSOM) of the University of Southern California (USC) and Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery in the Division of Orthopaedics, are actively seeking a full time faculty member for the position of Assistant Professor of Clinical Orthopaedic Surgery with special interest in neuromuscular conditions.

This position includes a faculty appointment in the Department of Orthopaedics at the Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California.  Participation in teaching of medical students and orthopaedic residents, as well as clinical research, is expected.  A competitive salary and benefits package will be offered.               

The primary practice location is at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, which is the largest and most comprehensive pediatric hospital in the Los Angeles area and also includes a Level I pediatric trauma center.  Limited travel to off-site Centers will be likely.  A state-of-the-art Motion Analysis Laboratory is present within the Orthopaedic Center, which also provides support for clinical research.
