Assistant Professor of Preventive Medicine (Epidemiology) Tenure Track

The University of Southern California (USC), founded in 1880, is the largest private employer in the City of Los Angeles. As an employee of USC, you will be a part of a world-class research university and a member of the "Trojan Family," which is comprised of the faculty, students and staff that make the university what it is.

This is a full time position for a faculty member at the assistant professor level on the tenure track with a research and teaching interest in epidemiology and health services, outcomes research, and policy analysis particularly related to chronic disease management and prevention including cancer. Areas of focus for teaching and research include population health management, health disparities, determinants of the use of clinical primary and preventive services, risk factors, access to care, and policy. The position includes teaching in the Master's of Public Health program.

Candidates applying should have a doctorate degree in Public Health or related field, a background and at least two years of experience in clinical or population health research and teaching experience in academic training programs. Apply here and upload
