Central Advancement Records Researcher

University Advancement's Gift Services & Data Integrity department is seeking a Central Advancement Records Researcher to join its team.

The Central Advancement Records Researcher is responsible for and accountable for the maintenance of biographical and demographic information on individual and corporate records in Salesforce, the Central Advancement donor information system. The Records Researcher organizes information for entry into Salesforce by working with staff members, utilizing specialized websites, and other sources to collect accurate donor background data. The Records Researcher is also responsible for updating upper management on the progress of various departments' information processing.

Minimum Education: High school or equivalent, Combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education
Minimum Experience: 1 year
Minimum Field of Expertise: General office including 6 months data entry experience.
