We are seeking a Chief Lending Officer (CLO).  Reporting directly to the CEO, the CLO will be responsible for developing, implementing and administering all aspects of the credit union’s direct and indirect consumer, mortgage, commercial and education loan programs. The position is also responsible for all lending-related production, compliance, pricing, collections, servicing and secondary marketing. The successful candidate will have a strong passion and curiosity for innovation and technology with experience in implementing processes and systems to enhance the member experience.

A bachelor’s degree is required (Master’s degree is preferred). In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of relevant experience is acceptable. A minimum of 6 years of progressively responsible management experience within a financial institution is also required. A proven ability to build and manage a diverse loan portfolio and foster client relationships is essential. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and member service skills.
