PLASTIC & RECONSTRUCTIVE SURGERY DIVISION

The Division of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery within the Department of Surgery at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California is pleased to offer a full-time position in one of the most dynamic and growing divisions at the medical center.  Breast reconstruction, panniculectomy, flap, scar revision, complex excision, complex wound, skin grafting, laser and lymphedema surgery are just some of the types of procedures performed in the division. 

The Plastics physician assistant will perform diagnostic, therapeutic, preventive and health maintenance services under the direction and supervision of a plastic & reconstruction surgeon. The physician assistant will also conduct surgical consults, ordering and interpreting labs, films, studies and perform office procedures, i.e.  wound care, seroma aspiration, and drain removal.

We are seeking an engaged and collaborative team member who looks to continuously improve the patient and family experience through personalized care and service.  

This position requires travel to multiple facilities as needed for patient care purposes.
