Merchant Services Specialist

The Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry is looking for a talented Merchant Services Specialist to join the team!

We are looking for a responsible candidate who is able to manage multiple tasks at a time. The Merchant Services Specialist will be responsible for the distribution and collection of cash and other forms of payment from all departments on a daily basis, in order to keep all revenue secure and accurately recorded.

Job Accountabilities:

Monitors, reconciles, analyzes and reports on budget activity for an academic department or school or research, administrative or auxiliary department. May lead other staff in related work duties.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Experience: 2 years

Preferred Field of Expertise: Prefer university budget experience and knowledge of university financial systems.

Interpretation of policies/analyses/trends/etc.

Knowledge of applicable laws/policies/principles/etc.
