Physician Assistant - Engemann Student Health - Per Diem 8 Hour Days (Exempt) (Non-Union)

Keck Medicine of USC Hospital Los Angeles, California

Performs diagnostic, therapeutic, preventive and health maintenance services under the direction and supervision of a physician. Duties include, but are not limited to: consults, daily rounds, ordering and interpreting labs, films, and studies, admitting/discharging patients, ordering medications per protocol, assisting in surgery, and ability to perform procedures within scope of practice and credentialed privileges.


Minimum Education: • Associate's Degree Minimum Experience/Knowledge: • 1 Year minimum experience. • Combined education/experience as substitute for minimum Required License/Certification: • Valid and current California Physician’s Assistant license required. • BLS card for Healthcare Provider from American Heart Association. • Fire and Safety Certification. If no card upon hire, one must be obtained within 30 days of hire, and maintained by renewal before expiration date. Must have current and valid PA license. The annual base salary range for this position is $133,120.00 - $219,648.00.
