Keck Medicine of USC includes the Keck School of Medicine of USC, the region’s first medical school; the renowned USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center, one of the first comprehensive cancer centers established by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in the United States; the USC Care Medical Group, a medical faculty practice; the Keck Medical Center of USC, which includes two acute care hospitals: 401-licensed bed Keck Hospital of USC and 60-licensed bed USC Norris Cancer Hospital; and USC Verdugo Hills Hospital, a 158-licensed bed community hospital. It also includes more than 40 outpatient facilities, some at affiliated hospitals, in Los Angeles, Orange, Kern, Tulare and Ventura counties.

The Physician Relations Manager (PRM) is responsible for the development and implementation of growth strategies focused on physicians, medical groups, hospital partners, and community based organizations for Keck Medicine of USC as part of the Physician Relations Program (PRP). This PRM will initiate, nurture, and sustain relationships with identified partners within their specific service area to support overall growth strategies for Keck Medicine of USC and USC CARE medical group. The successful PRM provides information on the organizations primary and specialty care practices, locations, and educational opportunities. This individual will also serve as primary resource to community partners as they choose to access Keck Medicine for care on behalf of their patients. The overall goal of the PRM is to increase visibility of Keck Medicine of USC’s services, increase referrals, increase downstream revenue, and new patient acquisitions by developing and maintaining referring physician office relationships through face to face contact, and manage designated territories. The PRM will also provide leadership with intel on strategic market development in a timely fashion, be able to identify strategic opportunities through utilization of data and market research, and provide unparalleled customer service to our network of referring physicians.
Bachelor’s degree required. (Healthcare, Marketing, Communications or business degree preferred). Prefer advanced degree in healthcare or business administration. Experience may substitute for minimum education.

• At least 5 years of healthcare/hospital experience in driving healthcare business development, physician relations, and/or network development preferred.
• Must be proficient in MS Office
• Must have demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills, financial acumen and proven sales experience.

• Must be able to work some evenings.
• Must be able to travel outside of the office.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a CA Driver's license with a clean driving record
