Professor of Clinical Management and Organization (Open Rank)

The Management and Organization (MOR) Department at the USC-Marshall School of Business seeks to hire a non-tenure track Clinical Instructor , who has experience in teaching organizational behavior and corporate strategy at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. The individual should have subject-matter expertise in business as reflected in education, experience, and/or research publications/case writing. This is an Open Rank listing and hiring rank depends on qualifications. Possible ranks include Lecturer, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor and Full Professor of Clinical Management and Organization.  The position will began for the 2018-2019 academic year.

The MOR department is involved in the study of organizational behavior and strategic management; our 27 tenured/tenure-track faculty members, nine clinical faculty and three lecturers have backgrounds in organizational behavior, psychology, sociology, economics and general management. Minimum qualifications: PhD/DBA degree or MBA (or foreign equivalent) in an appropriate area of study.  Teaching experience at the college/university level.
