Research Assistant Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery (Part-Time)

Department of Orthopaedic Surgery

The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Keck School of Medicine of USC is hiring a Research Scientist at the Assistant Professor level. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the area of arthritis research. Specifically, requirements for this position include expertise in animal models of arthritis and articular cartilage regeneration and repair, as well as genetic models of cartilage homeostasis and disease. Expertise in stem cell biology and molecular biology is preferred. This is a non-tenure track position and the successful candidate should develop extramural funding.
