The OR Supervisor possesses recognized leadership and sound clinical skills and will actively assist the Clinical Director of Perioperative Services and the Business Director of Perioperative Services in coordinating clinical related activities. The OR Supervisorsupervises OR staff in an effective and efficient manner. This position handles disciplinary actions for staff and supervises the Clinical Coordinator with staff schedules and the logistics of the operating arena.
The hourly rate range for this position is $46.00 - $76.07. Minimum Education: • Graduate of Accredited Nursing Program • BSN preferred Minimum Experience/Knowledge: • Four years experience in an operating room and understands departmental operations. Required License/Certification: • Valid CA RN license • Current BLS for Healthcare Provider from American Heart Association • Fire and Safety Certification. If no card upon hire, one must be obtained within 30 days of hire, and maintained by renewal before expiration date.
