Visiting Professor of Finance and Business Economics (open rank)

Applications are invited for full-time visiting faculty positions (rank open) in the Department of Finance and Business Economics at the USC Marshall School of Business. Appointments will begin in the Fall semester of 2024.

Applicants are sought in areas of Corporate Finance and Investment.

The Visiting faculty position is for a one-year full-time academic appointment for AY 2024-2025. This position requires teaching the equivalent of three one-semester courses or six courses over the AY. Successful candidates will teach classes in corporate finance and investment to undergraduate students. The candidate is also expected to engage in student advising and faculty service activities, including workshops, recruiting events, and other activities supportive of the Finance and Business Economics Department.

Preferred qualifications for the Visiting position include a doctoral degree or foreign equivalent in an appropriate area of study.. Preference may be given to individuals with relevant experience in teaching at the college/university level.

The annual base salary range for this position is $150,000-$200,000.
