Hd Human Resources Manager

Job Location: Los Angeles, CA

USC University Advancement division is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join its Business Office team. The incumbent will work closely with the Senior Administrative Director to manage all aspects of human resources and payroll business needs including recruitment, affirmation action, disability, workers’ compensation, leaves, employee relations, compensation reporting and analysis, performance management, personal records and information systems, etc. The incumbent will supervise a Home Department Coordinator.

Personnel generalist experience providing thorough knowledge of laws governing payroll and personnel
