Clinical Assistant Professor of Family Medicine (Clinician Educator) Physician Assistant

The Primary Care Physician Assistant Program at USC is seeking an experienced PA leader to develop a new street medicine initiative.  The ideal leader will be developing a new interprofessional street medicine initiative that will be focused on bringing primary care services to patient’s facing homelessness in Los Angeles County.  This program will also eventually serve as a interprofessional experience for students from a variety of disciplines at USC.  This position is for a full-time, non-tenure track, 12-month clinical faculty appointment.  General responsibilities include the development of this initiative in conjunction with leadership from the Keck School of Medicine of USC.  The leader will also participate in the delivery of primary care services through the Department of Family Medicine.  This position also includes some didactic teaching, supervising and advising students in clinical settings, participation in research or scholarly activity and service to the program, school, university and community.  The position will remain open until filled.

 Qualifications:  Master's degree in PA studies; current NCCPA certification; eligibility for California PA licensure and Keck Care credentialing; minimum of five years in clinical practice and 5 years in street medicine.  Applicants may apply through the University of Southern California job board at
