Development Specialist - Donor Data - Foundation - Full Time 8 Hours Day (Non-Union, Non-Exempt)

USC Arcadia Hospital Foundation is seeking a Donor Database Specialist to maintain our Blackbaud Raiser's Edge donor database, ensuring data accuracy, efficiency, and strategic utilization to support fundraising efforts. Reporting to the Donor System Manager, this position plays a critical role in supporting the Foundation in achieving fundraising goals.


Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree Minimum Experience: 2 years Data base experience (Blackbaud Raiser's Edge preferred) Minimum Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong problem-solving skills, ability to exercise initiative, discretion, and independent judgement. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
