Duties
Duties of the position include teaching individual instruction to a studio with an anticipated enrollment of 8 to 9 saxophone majors at the undergraduate and graduate levels, leading weekly saxophone performance class, coaching chamber ensembles such as saxophone quartet. Duties include participation in department activities, including student recruitment. Teaching load could vary based on enrollment.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a combination, not necessarily all, of the following experiences:
Preferred Education: Master's degree in music
A record of success as a teacher of college or university-level saxophone students

The salary hiring range for this position is $32,000 to $36,000 per semester for a studio of 9 students.
