Assistant Professor in Poetry and Poetics

The Department of English and the Ph. D. Program in Creative Writing and Literature at the University of Southern California invite applications for a full-time tenure-track assistant professor in Poetry and Poetics, with an emphasis in Twentieth Century and Contemporary Poetry. We are looking for candidates with at least one published book of poetry from a nationally recognized press. Applicants must have a commitment to effective teaching and mentoring at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. An MFA or PhD in creative writing is required.

The annual base salary range for this position is $106,400 - $127,680.
