Clinical Instructor of Pediatrics (Fellow)

The Keck School of Medicine (KSOM) of the University of Southern California (USC) and Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) in the Department of Pediatrics in the Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition, are actively seeking a full time faculty member for the position of Clinical Instructor of Pediatrics  (Fellow).

The Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition in the Department of Pediatrics at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California are seeking a full-time faculty position.

This non-ACGME Advanced Training in Pediatric Neurogastroenterology and Motility at Children Hospital Los Angeles is a one-year clinical program as a Clinical Instructor of Pediatrics (Fellow).  It is designed to provide an extensive inpatient and outpatient clinical experience and didactic teaching in the field of Pediatric Neurogastroenterology and Motility. Applications are invited from individuals planning on starting training in July 2024

This position is necessary to meet the needs of the division to support the efforts and mission of the institution.

Requirements:

• California Medical License
• Board certification in Pediatrics
• Board certified/eligible in Pediatric Gastroenterology

The annual base salary range for this position is $110,000-$120,000.  When extending an offer of employment, the University of Southern California considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, federal, state, and local laws, contractual stipulations, grant funding, as well as external market and organizational considerations.
