Data Management Specialist, Child Interviewing Lab

The Gould School of Law is seeking to hire a Data Management Specialist to join the Child Interviewing Lab team. The Data Management Specialist will work on grant-funded service work in which children are interviewed about suspected sexual abuse and transcripts are provided to the dependency court to assist in legal decision-making.

This is a benefits-eligible, non-exempt, full-time position for a 1-year fixed term, renewable contingent on grant funding.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field

  • Preferred Experience: 1 year in related field

  • Preferred Field of Expertise: Working with case materials documenting child sexual abuse.

Job Accountabilities:

  • Supervises student workers transcribing and case tracking.

  • Conducts and assists with forensic interviews.

  • Assists in preparation of biweekly webinars reviewing forensic interviews.

  • Checks transcripts of interviews with children alleging sexual abuse.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. The university reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.

The hourly rate range for this position is $21.63 (approx. $42,179 annualized).
