Part-Time, Teaching-Track Faculty Position in Gender and Sexuality Studies

The Department of Gender and Sexuality Studies in the Dana and David Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California, has a part-time opening for a teaching-track lecturer to teach discussion sections starting Spring 2023.

The Department of Gender and Sexuality Studies at USC offers graduate and undergraduate students a solid interdisciplinary education in this dynamic field. The Department is committed to excellence in teaching.

Applicants must have a Ph.D. in Gender/Women’s/Sexuality Studies or in the social sciences or the humanities and with significant training in Gender and Sexuality Studies. Teaching responsibilities involve discussion sections for undergraduate classes, including Gender & Social Justice, Feminist Theory, and possibly an introductory class in Gender and Sexuality Studies.

The per course rate for this position is $11,000.
