Administrative Assistant II

Keck School of Medicine Los Angeles, California

USC Department of Surgery recruiting an Administrative Assistant II for our Hepatobiliary Division. The Administrative Assistant II will perform varied administrative and general office duties for a busy clinical division in the Department of Surgery. Some of the duties include, scheduling conferences, maintaining call schedules, preparing agendas and minutes for meetings and conferences, processing reimbursements via Concur for faculty, travel arrangement preparations and assisting with the credentialing process of faculty in the Division. Preferred experience in a medical administrative office.

The hourly rate for this position is $27.00 - $29.00.
